Story Submission Terms

You acknowledge and agree that by submitting your original story (the "Submitted Story") and clicking "I AGREE" below, you hereby irrevocably assign all rights, titles and interests, including without limitation the copyrights, in and to the Submitted Story to Reverence Press. If for any reason the assignment contained herein is ineffective, you hereby irrevocably grant to Reverence Press a non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, including the unlimited right to sublicense, to use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, store, reproduce, transmit and distribute the Submitted Story in any medium now known or later developed. You also waive any right to inspect and/or approve any use of the Submitted Story. Reverence Press has no obligation whatsoever to use the Submitted Story. You also represent and warrant that: (a) you are 18 years of age of older and have the full right to make this agreement and grant the assignment and license set forth herein; (b) the facts and statements included in the Submitted Story are true and accurate; (c) you are the sole author of the Submitted Story and the Submitted Story is original with you and not copied in whole or in part from any other work; (d) the Submitted Story does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity; and (e) the Submitted Story is not libelous, obscene or otherwise unlawful. You also irrevocably grant Reverence Press permission to use your name, username, likeness and/or biographical information (as provided by you), if any, to attribute the Submitted Story to you and to advertise or promote the Submitted Story, Reverence Press or products or services related thereto. You also hereby release Reverence Press and its officers and employees from all claims, liabilities and obligations of any kind or nature whatsoever in connection with any use of the Submitted Story. In consideration of your agreement to all of the terms herein, the sufficiency of which you hereby acknowledge, Reverence Press will consider the Submitted Story for possible publication.
